I don't know how I'll live without my parents, because I realize that they are the only people I'll always have. 老友记 don't last forever, and partners don't either. I fight a lot with my parents. I become insolent and harsh with them at times, and sometimes, I exceed to such limits that I make my mother cry. I make my parents fight amongst each other just because of me and my mistakes. I've done a lot to hurt them. I've lied to them, I've betrayed them and I've hurt their reputation. I always seem to want 更多 from them, without realizing that they have 给 me 更多 than they have ever 给 themselves.
But in the end, Mom, Dad... I 爱情 you. I get worried when 你 come to pick me up from school late. I start panicking, praying to God that both of 你 are fine. Dad, when 你 go on a business trip for a week, I get anxious on the third day. And I start asking my mom when you'll be back. Mom, I can't even imagine staying away from you. 你 went away for a week for a job, and nothing seemed right in the house. I feel like screaming when either of 你 are upset. My head starts to ache when either of 你 gets sick. Even though I don't 显示 it, I need 你 guys in my life because honestly, 你 mean the world to me. If there is no one else in the world but 你 guys, trust me, I would be happy. Because I know that no one will ever keep me as happy as 你 two.
You've done so much for me, and I apologize that I'm not able to give 你 as much. Dad, 你 work for my education, for luxuries in my life, to give me happiness. 你 worked so 你 could give me a perfect childhood. 你 carried me around on your shoulders whenever I wanted to. 你 took me out even when 你 were sick. When my brother was sick and my mother was in the hospital with him, 你 became my mother as well as my father. 你 cooked me food, even though you've never done it before in my life. 你 ironed my clothes and 你 tucked me into bed. Even now, 你 give me whatever I want with a smile on your face.
你 cry when I'm sick, Mom. 你 stay up at nights and care for me, making sure I have all the medicines I need. When I can't be bothered to eat, 你 willingly feed me yourself. I've never told 你 this, but I 爱情 eating from your hands. When I come 首页 from school, 你 give me the biggest hugs. When I'm upset, you're upset. When I'm happy, you're happy. I know sometimes I fight with you, scream at 你 and think that 你 want me to be perfect... but deep down, I know that's not true. Whatever 你 do, it's for me. It's because 你 want to make me a better person. Mom, when my brother died, I saw how broken 你 were. I saw it in your eyes... but I was young- I was just 9. Despite the pain, 你 put a smile on your face so I could have another chance of a proper childhood. Then, all of a sudden I saw a light, a bright light.
As I followed it, I noticed that with each step, all the sadness, sorrow and all of that was vanishing.
Then, I found myself being invaded, invaded 由 joy, happiness and love.
The light became brighter and brighter, and i heard a voice, a sweet gentle voice, asking me to embrace the light, to follow it, so I did.
The light became so intense that I had to close my eyes, but when I opened them I saw it clearly, I saw the 天使 who had just saved me.
