PLEASE HELP MEH!

i like this guy i see him every week,, we went out before. and i didnt think it was working out. so i dumped him. but while i was goin out with him i went out with his a bestfriend. i felt terrible not because he found out, but it was totally wrong of meh to do that. everytime i see him hes around other girls, and i get jealous, i still cry n cry. i asked him would u ever go out with me again.. he 说 no im sorry i still care bout chu,, but i cant trust u.. what should i do to prove to him that i changed?

yeah i guess ur right. i mean it just doesnt make sense.. the way he huggs meh makes meh wanna start crying. im the only girl he huggs it just doesnt make any sense. and yes i did wrong i asked for forgiveness. but i can stop haten myself for what ii did.
