Could anyone give me some 建议 please? :)

Okay, so I got to school with this guy and I really really like him. (I'm 14 btw.) But the thing is we never really talk much even though we have the same 老友记 and we hang out together at school. I find it kinda hard to talk to him and can't think of stuff to say. But about 4 weeks 以前 it was the end of the school 年 and I found out he kinda liked me too but I didn't go any furthur 'cause it was the holidays and I knew I wouldn't see him. So heres the problem I go back to school in 2 weeks and I'm not sure if I should make a 移动 on him and ask him out? 'Cause we're not really talking but I really really like him. Not sure what to do. Please help? :/
