In June of 1999, the EPCF (Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation), announced its commitment to fund the building and operational costs of Presley Place, a $1 million-plus development managed 由 MIFA (Metropolitan Inter-faith Association) as part of Estival Communities, MIFA's housing program for homeless families.
