i'm in love with L, but i love the story as it is too aha. when he died i thought i died a little on the inside, but i kept reading because it's still good ^^;

I was going to but the enxt episode had a pic of Near and I was like 'Well maybe hes L's bro or something...' XD and well damn I am glad I continued- LIGHT DIED MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! AND OF A HEART ATTACK NO LESS! YES!

I was getting bored of the show after L died but I pressed on hopping that something awesome was going to happen and then Light died and L appeared before him and I cried. It was so beautiful justice had won and L and Light went to Mu together :D

L was the only reason I watched the show, though Ryuk was likable too. I managed to finish watching the show after he died because I really wanted to see Light die.

and anyway once i started reading it it wasnt like i was going to stop just because a super fit character died

I actually dropped Death Note after L had died, I just couln't watch it anymore, he was my favourite character and when they take a favourite character out, you just don't have a reason to watch it :(

I literally stopped at episode 25 too. xD

I loved Death Note, and L.

Both different types of love. After he died... it got really boring. I managed finished the anime but in the manga I felt myself drifting away and ended up giving up for awhile. I was hoping he would come back somehow and make it interesting again. How disappointed I was. In both anime and manga it ends for me when he passes away. I know people say it would get boring seeing L and Light fight forever but for me it was not the same without that.

it's been about 2 months since i saw that episode and im still in depression i only ever smile when im on fanpop.

Hm, i think i pretty much like them both equally!
