Besides L, I also like Sven Vollfied (Black Cat), Nicholas D. Wolfwood, Spike Spiegel, the Getbackers, Gawl (Generator Gawl), Sousuke Sagara from Full Metal Panic, and Gene Starwind (Outlaw Star). Hmmm, I feel like I'm forgetting someone. Well, that's enough for an example.
