Why do people hate/dislike Peggy?

I Think she can be annoying due to her over inflated ego and sence of self. For instance she thinks she is an expert with teaching Spanish when she can't complete a sentence. She tends to over exagerate most of her sub-par talents. Except for Boggle, she did earn that Championship.

Fine, I'll tell you. She is perhaps one of the worst people in cartoon history. for one thing, she is incredibly arrogant, she believes herself to be so smart that when Mihn had tried to make it where substitute teachers need a four 年 college education whereas she only had a two 年 education. Instead of going back to college for two years. She had 说 "I am a teacher, I teach others, I am done learning." Another thing is she is completely incompetent of her job and would rather try to hide her mistakes instead of admitting them. A perfect example would be in Lupe's revenge. She had took a class of middle school children on a field trip to Mexico, she had thrown away the Spanish to English dictionary that her son had brought with him, which possibly could have prevented the mistake that Peggy had made in the first place. A mistake is a mistake and although this was a pretty bad one as she had unintentionally kidnapped a child. Instead of taking the child back 首页 immediately, she had taken the child 首页 like a 迷失 puppy, wait, maybe she is taking the child so she can call proper authorities to take the child 首页 and clear up any misunderstanding, which would have been the right thing to do. Instead, she had hidden the child away in a closet while she decides to sneak the child back across borders the 下一个 day. When she was being held to be arrest 由 authorities, she had idiotically believed that she was a hero and was going to receive a accommodation, instead, once she was being arrested, she had stated that the guy who was intelligent enough to know what his job is and to tell right from wrong, she had the shortsightedness to yell that he was creating an international incident.What about once she had received a letter from a man in prison claiming to be a student of hers who was on death row. Did she check school records to see if he was actually ever a student of Arlean Middle School. No. Did she think to find out about his information to see how old he is. Not really. Did she bother to follow up on a simple criminal background record to see what his crime was. No, she took everything that he 说 out of sheer idiocy due to the fact that she wanted to feel like she made a "difference" in someone's life. 你 want to make a difference in someone's life. Do it with your current students 或者 your family, 你 poor excuse for a human being. She also states well known facts as opinions, an example would be when the Hills were all stuck at the airport on Thanksgiving. She had 说 that getting a ticket for Luanne would not be easy, because in her opinion, Thanksgiving was the biggest traveling 日 of the season. That is NOT an opinion. It is a FACT. Do not state common FACTS and call them your OPINIONS to make yourself seem like someone of higher intelligence to avoid being an idiot.

My boyfriend and his brother hate her, but their sister and I 爱情 her. I guess it just depends on your sense of humor!

Peggy is hilarious! The 显示 wouldn't be nearly as funny without her. Her ultra-competitiveness and over the 最佳, 返回页首 pride in her family creates some of the funniest situations in the series! The 显示 wouldn't be the same without her.

Uuugh! She is my most hated female animated character ever!!! She is full of herself and thinks she's so great and she sucks and she's so naive and gullible and STUPID. She thinks she can speak spanish but she can't. I just hate her freaking guts so bad!And she thinks she's good looking and she's ugly as hell. She's full of herself and has no right to be....because she is an ugly naive idiot.

I personally think Peggy is ace. It seems most of the haters hate her because she is extremely big-headed/full of herself, even though she doesn't have as much talent/looks/brains as she thinks she has. However, I always think it's stupid to hate/dislike a character in a comedy for their actual flaws as a person. After all, it's often their flaws that make them funnier and therefore improve the series/film. Look at Red Dwarf - Cat loves himself, but it would be unreasonable to dislike him because of this. If I started disliking characters in comedies for the reasons I dislike characters in other things, I would end up disliking most of them, which would detract from the enjoyment of the comedy. Besides, nobody's perfect.

Peggy 爬坡道, 小山 simply thinks too much of herself too often. She isn't aware of her flaws. It's not natural. And that's hard to watch! She knows she has freakishly big feet. But she thinks everything else about her is perfect. "Well I am an excellent lover." Who said? Peggy said. Her relentless ego isn't funny. It wears me out.
