I have a few issues and 问题 about the events shown in Kate's flash-forwards during season 4 of Lost. The first issue is regarding her trial. I'm not an expert on the legal system in America, but wouldn't any jury be instructed to focus only on the evidence provided to them during the trial and the 问题 of whether she did murder Wayne? They'd be told to ignore factors such as her being a single mother 或者 her new celebrity status post-crash. Those could possibly be taken into consideration with sentencing, but not the actual jury verdict. Jack should have been dismissed as a character...
