British singer Jessie J doesn't know how to use her new Mercedes SLK because she is used to driving a Ford Ka. The Do It Like A Dude hitmaker was 给 one of the top-of-the-range cars 由 her record company but is having trouble with the £44,000 vehicle. She told British newspaper The Sun: "I gave my Ka to my dad. I've now got a brand new Mercedes SLK, but the only thing is I can't drive it. My Ka was like a go-kart, but with this I'm a mess. I don't know how to use the radio. "I try to indicate and I spray water at people and I'm not a 粉丝 of the heated 座位 because it feels like you've wet yourself."

Jessie J must undergo intense physiotherapy to help her broken foot heal in time for her return to the stage in October. The 23-year-old singer had to abandon plans for a summer tour after falling off the stage during rehearsals and breaking her foot in two places. She is due to perform at the MOBO Awards in Glasgow on October 5, but 说 that she has a long way to go before she will be fully healed. Taking to Twitter, she told her fans, "Cast on for another 3 weeks. Then moon boot after and lots and lots of physio. Won't know if it's ok till mended. "But here is to positive thinking and everything happens for a reason. Thank 你 for all your support."

Jessie J has cancelled her appearance at today’s Future 音乐 Festival in Perth.

The Pricetag songstress, who travelled from Brisbane overnight with other headline acts including Fatboy Slim, Tinie Tempah and Swedish House Mafia has contracted a “temporary illness” according to statement released 由 promoters this afternoon.

The British singer helped kick off this year’s Future 音乐 Festival in Brisbane last night before travelling through the night ahead of her set in front of an expectant crowd of 37,000 at Arena Joondalup tonight.

“Everyone is so tired we are ALL irritable. Gonna be a fun plane journey #sarcastic,” she tweeted before boarding the plane to Perth yesterday.

Her solo 显示 at Challenge Stadium on Monday night “is still in the schedule at this stage” according to officials at Future Music.

Australian DJ Anna Lunoe has been announced as her replacement act at tonight’s festival.

The 'Nobody's Perfect' singer has been recovering from a broken foot but has undergone a drastic hair makeover ready for her return to the stage.

Her new hair colour, however, seems to have come from an unlikely inspiration.

"Erm who has seen the colour of ribena cartons?... The purple at the 最佳, 返回页首 :) " Jessie tweeted and then later followed it with a pic.

Jessie went on to say she's kept her signature bob style but the new colour is on just in time for her festival comeback.

"I'm happy to announce I will be at 'The Big Chill' festival and 'V Festival' ," Jessie 发布 this weekend.

jessie has two sisters, who are five and seven

years older than her, who were both head girls

at school.Unlike her academic sisters, jessie

has stated she was "never really that good at

anything". She 说 "At school they were

like 'oh, you're a Cornish girl' and they kind

of expected me to be the same as my sisters.

Give me something to draw 或者 an outfit to pick

for someone, 或者 hair, make-up, acting, write a

song, I'm fine with it, but anything to do with

sums – it was never my thing." She also 说 she

never based her intelligence on her exam

results.She also 说 she was always good at

唱歌 and it was her "thing." However, she got

banished from the school choir, for being too

loud. She stated "I was in it for a 日 and some

of the adults were moaning that their kids were

upset that I was too good. I was 11. Can you

imagine? I was heartbroken."says jessie j

Jessie J made her first appearance in months at the festival after breaking her foot at the start of the summer, and she did it in style with a wild looking outfit inspired 由 cats.

As well as a leopard print catsuit, Jessie wore a hat featuring little pussycat ears while 唱歌 from her 王座, 宝座 at the gig.

"The Big Chill was HOT! Thank 你 for going iinnnn even in the rain!!! " Jessie tweeted.

Jessie J has been pictured leaving the UK on her way to America to attend the Grammy Awards 2012 and continue work on her 秒 studio album.

The 'Domino' singer tweeted her 粉丝 earlier today (9th February) after being pictured leaving the country 由 paparazzi photographers at Heathrow Airport in London.

"Just got papped with zero makeup and un-done hair. Hahahaha! Brilliant,"Jessie wrote. "I'll get off this plane to that all over my twitter.

She added: "LA here I come #grammys #studio let's gooo!!!"

Jessie J is expected to make an appearance at the Grammy Awards this weekend, which will air live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday (12th February).

This year's Grammys will feature the live return of 阿黛尔 as well as performances from Chris Brown, Maroon 5, Kelly Clarkson, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, 酷玩乐队 and Rihanna.

Jessie J is also expected to continue work on the follow-up to her 2011 debut album 'Who 你 Are' during her stay in the US

Jessie J has admitted she struggled for years before hitting the big time. The British singer 说 she suffered several heartbreaking setbacks when she first started out, and even lived out of her car so she would be free to go and work wherever she was needed. Talking to website That 葡萄 Juice, she explained: "I think back to the early days. Days of wanting to be signed, then getting signed with a girl band, 写作 150 songs in two years only for the label to go bankrupt. It hasn't been easy. I got signed to Sony as a songwriter doing support stuff in any place I could around the world for free. All the while, I was just living in a car. Doing all of that stuff that felt so crazy at the time. Yet, these are the things 你 have to go through to be the kind of artist 你 want to be. The type of artist who survives in this industry.
