邪恶力量 Wiki lists his eye color as green, but in the Episode "Dream a Little Dream of Me" (3.10), when he's sitting in the bar with Sam at the beginning of the episode, his eyes are as blue as the 衬衫 he is wearing. Later in the ep, when he's wearing the FBI suit, he opens his eyes very wide when talking to a female and they are very clearly green. So, based on my observations, his eyes are a green-blue (or grey) hazel that changes to reflect what he's wearing. (Close up of him in the same ep in the hospital with Bobby, wearing grey jacket, his eyes are as blue as mine!)
Jensen's eyes are the color of HOMOPHOBIA! Just like his Evangelical Christian REPUBLICAN A$$. Wonder how his gay aunt everyone says he loves so much feels about him voting Republican.

He voted for Obama both times AND promoted antiTrump rallies. Just because his family (not his wife and children, I mean his parents) used to be Republican Christians and he was raised that way DOES NOT mean his A$$ is the same, he educated himself. I'm re-watching 邪恶力量 now and I noticed he has exactly the same eyes color I have. I wanted to check it out and I found this page. I call mine "HAZEL". A sort of green-brown surrounded 由 a grey circle. Most of the time they are golden..If 你 find the answer I appreciate hahaha!
