No doubt ! I love her, her music, her videos, amazing, sexy but natural style ! For me Aaliyah and Janet are the hottest black women ever alive ! In my opinion she some how opened the door for nowadays artists like: Beyonce, Rihanna, Ciara.

When her career was growing the horrible tragedy (plane crash) took her away from us (she was only 22) :(
If Aaliyah was still here with us I bet she would be one of the TOP artists ! (She loved Janet very much, her style and music). She was modest, kind and soo good! I love her soft voice and touching songs like 'Rock the Boat' or 'One in a Million'. I think after 9 years when she passed a lot of people just forget about this wonderful girl and singer ! I won't because she gave me a lot with her music and human being.

AALIYAH!!! I love her! I haven't forgotten about her. I wish she was here, if her life wasn't taken so soon, she would be up there next to Beyonce, I think she'd be even better than Beyonce, she was out solo and amazing before her, and I like her more than Ciara, Rihanna and all them, she's inspired a lot of entertainers but she's not mentioned too often... she would be such a legend, something amazing like Janet...

I love what u said bout Liyah caligurl16 not just because I became so crazy about Aaliyah, but coz of ur point of view. You just see what I see ! Like I said before Aaliyah open the door for singers like: Rihanna, Beyonce, Britney etc. She was before them, She had her own style, her video clips were innovated like "We Need A Resolution" is just AMAZING ! She create sth new, she so much enjoyed what she was doing. What is also great about Aaliyah that singing meant so much for her, she wanted to be the best one, she was ambitious. And what is the most important she was an amazing person, just watch her interviews or movies. You can feel how kind, sweet and happy girl she was !

Aaliyah passed when she was only 22, but just look how many she achieve. Her last album called 'Aaliyah' is one of the best pop&Rnb albums ever !

i heard of Aaliyah music she is cool but i like a lot Madonna songs and Beyonce is too much these days and lady gaga i love her but i'm kinda of tried of her kinda weird for me
