Could James Bond be a mutant?

In the X-men mythos (Marvel comic book character for those of 你 libing under rocks) there is a personaje named Longshot who has the uncanny ability to survive dangerous feats simply 由 the incredible circumstances of luck that seem to find and protect him everytime. But he is not the only character in pop fiction that has this ability. In science-fiction there is also a female character in the novel "Ringwold" 由 Larry Niven that also is unusualy fortunate and thus has a special "ability." Does that sound like 007 to you? 或者 do I just think weird things?
