iPod 问题

Anyone ever had this problem?

I had an accident with my ipod的, ipod a hours 以前 ago; I was walking home, I tripped, I fell and my ipod的, ipod hit the concrete pretty hard. Now something strange is happening to it;

If I were to play it without my headphones plugged in, I can hear music. But when I plug my headphones in, I can't hear a sound at all. I don't know what's wrong with it, 或者 what I did 或者 how to fix it.

Have 你 had this problem before and/or have any idea on what to do for it?

The only reason I can think of is that the headphone jack malfuntioned. Here's an answer from another website.

The problem is the internal headphone jack has malfunctioned. To fix the problem first try doing a hard reset, then update your ipod的, ipod with the newest version for it. Also try blowing it out with canned air. If this does not work and 你 are still under warranty schedule an appointment with a genius at your local 苹果 Store. If 你 don't have a warranty then order an internal headphone jack online and install it yourself, because 苹果 will charge 你更多 than your ipod的, ipod is worth.
