How to Draw 吉尔 

i tried to draw gir using this tutorial a few months ago when i first started obsessing over invader zim, but it didn't turn out the way i planned. it looked horrible! i tired to draw gir again a couple of weeks ago, and it is so good! XD i'm still trying to figure out how to post it on fanpop. :(
