Well it's pretty obvious that this question was made as a follow up to a question recently posted, which asked 'when Kagome dies what would Inuyasha do?' I thought about this and would like to know what other people think would be the result of this scenario.


Personaly I think he'd let her go, but deep down still hope he'd find her reincarnation some day. (Assuming he does live for another 500 years and so on.)

Deathchick9 that does not answer the question, and Inuyasha is not a whore, he does not lust over all women just two (or one if you consider that they are two bodies of the same woman's soul) he's just a guy who is torn and can't make up his mind, because He loves both forms equally. He just can't bring himself to abandon one for the other, which is not an easy situation to deal with for either of them so lighten up, will ya. He's really not that bad a guy.

i dont think he will let her go because he loves her to much plus hes tried that before didnt work they belong tougher he would try to keep her with him

InuYasha could let Kagome go, it would be really hard for him to. He loves Kagome and even though he can be a jerk sometimes he does it becuase it is his way of letting her know he cares. And he is not a whore, and Deathchick9 that was just stupid to put. And I agree with inuyashagirl9 they do belong together!

But think about it, when would he approach her in present times, if he does so while the past battles with Naraku are still going on then wouldn't that make things far too complicated for her. An Inuyasha in the past and one in the present who would she stay with? If you really care about Kagome would you really want to put her in that position? I think he would either wait or let her go that would be the mature thing to do.

Anyway she is not the only fish in the sea.
