Why are Inuyasha's ears like dog ears and so fluffy!!

The rest of the demons ears are pointy but his are different,is it because hes a Hanyo(Half-breed)?

i ment when they turn in the dog form 或者 what ever form it is thats when they get the cut fluffy ears

Well yep it's from his dog-demon heritage, Sesshomaru and the Taisho are full blood dog-demon, and their true form is that of a giant dog. So yep, doggies have fuzzy ears, can't be helped ^.^
