Okay can somebody plz tell me if Suzuno/Gazel is a girl in the english dub 或者 not?

Cause i've heard some ppl saying over the net that Suzuno is female in the english dub and then there's another group of ppl that say that Suzuno is male. And truthfully i can't tell what gender Suzuno was when i watched IE english dub on youtube.

In the Japanese dub, Suzuno is a guy.
So that originally makes Suzuno male.
