i suggest using a latin root and going from there.
4 instance, a word like obscurum (darkness) can go in2 obscura
morsus (pain) can become morsusi
metus (fear) can become mertrus
jus take and change some things around.u can do it with any language, i just like latin best and it's fitting 4 HP cuz most of the spells have Latin roots. in fact, my 1 OC is happy because if she waves her wand and says her name 火, 消防 shoots out. her name is Incendia, Latin for Fire

If 你 really want a last name, though, then 你 could try Balthazar Obsidion, Balthazar Randal, Balthazar Meldorf... I'm terribly sorry. I'm not the best at coming up with names.

but 你 shouldn't go with just the latin word, 你 should always change it a bit 或者 add something to it
