This app is designed and led by teachers who have dedicated their careers to leadership and character development both within their schools and the broader community. Pupils are given a chance to support and challenge each other as leaders so they could make their unique mark on their colleges and society. The experience provides them with the tools, skills, and connections to help them think about the type of leader they hope to become and the way they can begin to put that into actions at their particular college.

There are instances when it can be tough to pay attention to your studies. On occasion, the subject material may be especially challenging, or occasionally some unwanted distractions or actions seem to be more attractive than analyzing. It might be that it's not easy to focus sometimes. However, you desire to finish the course and do well, and you also wish to have the ability to return after completing the course and understand with a feeling of satisfaction you've attained your very best. How do you build and maintain that attention?
