In a weird way its like they are protective over Cuddy (Like when Wilson tested her for cancer, and House protects Cuddy's career and comforted her in Joy and the desk!)

what fabuluz said. wilson and house are protective of cuddy, wilson and cuddy (with Wilson's coercion) try to save house from himself, and house and cuddy bully each other (mostly house though) and wilson tries to be the peacemaker. it's a great dynamic that always leaves us wanting more and we see get to learn about each character through the lens of their friendship in a new and fresh way each time. i love this show.

I love it because they all protect each other, and there are enough pranks and banter between all of them to keep things fun. They've also been friends long enough to have histories between them and really know each others' niches.

they are the 3 musketeers!! they all have some different skill!!Wilson- boy wonder oncologist that knows how to convince people into doing something and is very sympathetic
Cuddy- Dean of medicine able to make anybody do anything for her and has a hot bod( as house says)
House- brilliant ass that is lazy but can make anyone do his wishes and can make someone cry!and is super SEXY!!

Their interactions is what has really kept me hooked on this show, if either character were to leave the show I don't think I would watch it, at least not every week. I also love how they all are protectie of eachother, especially Wilson and House regarding Cuddy. I also love that they can all have fun lighthearted moments together, but also very emotional and deep moments.

I love them. They complement each other perfectly. I would continue to watch the show as long as they are in it. OT3!!! WOOO!

It's like K said, it's their interaction that was one of the first things i instantly loved about the show. :D
Their scenes together are just amazing and hilarious.
