I think House is supposed to babysit Rachel by himself, but he sneaks Wilson in for help - Wilson does seem like the kind who would do better with kids than House, but i am sure he's not:))))))))

Also, we have "Unwritten", then "Massage Therapy" - which we all got scared about, but apparently the "massage bimbo crisis" will be solved beautifully, since in the very next ep Cuddy walks the extra mile and makes the decision to involve House in Rachel's life - which i bet she was terrified about, deep down...

I think House will be fantastic with Rachel. HE is after all like a big kid himself. AND he always has the best time with the kids in the clinic !! He might just be a little intimidated because this time it is someone that REALLY matters.....

I am not to concerned with the "massage bimbo" Cuddy is going to be MAD AS A BOX OF FROGS, but he will reasure her quite thoroughly that he is totally in love with and interested in ONLY her !!!

yep: I think the Massage Therapy episode is to answer people who always say House only lusts after Cuddy, because after all we've never seen him show signs that he loves or lobes her ;)
