It was Valentine’s 日 two months after House and Cuddy first met at the frat party. They have since become close friends. Since neither of them had a 日期 for Valentine’s Day, they decided to be each other’s Valentine, but just as 老友记 of course.
“Oh my god, it’s a miracle. My Valentine has finally come. I was beginning to think I got stood up,” 说 Cuddy teasingly as answered the door for House.
“No need to be so dramatic, I’m only ten 分钟 late,” replied House.

“Yeah. Now I realize that’s customary for a guy to give his Valentine 花 and 浓情巧克力 on Valentine’s Day, but I figured I’d save myself the hassle, combine the two things, and get 你 flower-shaped chocolates,” House 说 handing her a box of flower-shaped chocolates.
“Wow, 你 shouldn’t have,” 说 Cuddy sarcastically before adding, “I got 你 something too,” as she handed him a card. The message inside the card read as follows:
Greg-
I know you’d rather be spending Valentine’s 日 alone because 你 hate celebrating any holiday, so I just wanted to thank 你 again for agreeing to be my Valentine. You’re a really good friend.

House smiled as he put the card back in its envelope and tucked it into the inside pocket of his jacket. About an 小时 later, House and Cuddy had finished eating 晚餐 and both were propped up on the 长椅, 沙发 in Cuddy’s apartment ready to enjoying a relaxing evening of watching TV. Cuddy turned on the TV and The Sound of 音乐 appeared on the screen.

“No, I don’t want to watch another chick flick. Here, give me the remote. I’ll find something else for us to watch,” 说 House.
“No,” 说 Cuddy firmly. A game of keep away ensued as Cuddy tried to keep House from getting the remote and House tried to get the remote from Cuddy. Eventually, they got to a position where Cuddy was lying on her back with her head against the armrest of the couch. Her left arm, which had the remote in it, was stretched back as far as she could stretch it over the armrest of the couch. House was directly on 最佳, 返回页首 of her still trying to get the remote. Both occupants on the 长椅, 沙发 stopped moving as their eyes met and they realized how close they were to each other. Cuddy dropped the remote to the floor as they kissed. Her hands were now busy making their way through House’s hair, neck, and back. House’s hands were also busy making their way through Cuddy’s body.
Sara had just come 首页 and needless to say, was a little shocked 由 what she saw as she made her way to the living room.
“Geez, get a room, 你 two,” Sara said.
“Well, that certainly killed the mood,” 说 House as he got up off the couch.

“So, where were we?” House asked as he closed the bedroom door behind him.
