Tough one.

This is actually a sort of difficult question. Cuddy has known House longer and has known him through several stages of his life (college, pre and post-infarction adulthood, before and after Stacy, blah blah blah) so I think she understands more than some might think. She understands when he needs to be looked after and when he needs a scolding instead. And best of all, she is one of the few people that can play games with him and not lose horribly.

Wilson on the other hand, while he certainly understands alot of what House does, is a bit more...I dunno, maybe superficial? I can't decide how I want to phrase this. :-\ But he's also the BFF, and there are some things that friends understand about us that significant others (or friend/potential love interest) will probably never understand.

I think Wilson has more of an idea than Cuddy when it comes to House's train of thought, but I honestly think Cuddy knows and understands House a bit better since they've known each other longer.

Honestly I can never answer this question properly and I always just pick Wilson because I like to even the playing field, because in reality....they know him better and understand him better in completely different ways.

I think generally Cuddy knows how to take care of him, has been witness to his more emotional side and can play his games as MRSH mentioned. But when it comes to following House's train of thought, I think she sometimes lets her own emotions get the better of her. Wilson is much better in that field, as he's slighty more objective. Wilson is better at analyzing House.

Really,really tough one!!!

wilson undertead House even more that Cuddy because he is his friend. He is always looking out for him and he knows exactly why does House behavier in that way.
