What was the most disgusting Horror movie 你 ever saw?

I never actually saw this film, but I saw a 预览 of a movie called "Doll Graveyard" and it looked so nasty!

I watched the trailer for the human 蜈, 蜈蚣 and it's alright, but I like gross horror 电影院 so it doesn't bother me that much.

Not many 电影院 come to mind as it takes quite a bit to gross me out. But I guess if I had to pick one, I would say this movie called Captivity. There was this one scene where a man blends severed body parts in a 混合器, 混音器 and forces his victim to drink it.

Captivity's very good for me :D. foreseeable for me. I knew who is the killer since 1/3 movie.
