I think every single character in, 黑塔利亚 is special, because the country they represent is special as well. France is the country of love, which is why he's such a romantic character. He knows how to 爱情 people and is kind to everyone close to him. In episode 5 of the beautiful 你 can see that France is a very strong character, he still knows how to smile after going through a lot, this is what makes him and everyone else in 黑塔利亚 beautiful.

France knows what 爱情 is.....He can actually care sometimes.... He might be to clingy 或者 too pervertish but at least he knows what 爱情 is....
