I was prepared to hate it because I'd heard it was supposed to be this big romantic moment between them, but when I saw it, all I saw was friends trying to comfort and cheer each other up. But I would have prefered a Ron/Hermione dance instead.
I hated it, I hate it and I'll hate it! I honestly don't understand what they (director, script writers etc) were trying to do!! I've seen it from 4th movie! Adding unneccesary H/Hr scenes!!
I was really hostile with the idea when I heard before watching the movie, but actually it was the best scene of the film. They were acting naturally, Dan and Emma. I couldn't see the muscles stretched on their faces and necks as though they were straining all the expressions and mimic onto their faces when acting. It looked as all scenes should look like. Natural. So that I don't feel like I'm at the rehearsal of a third class drama school.
Mixed feelings... On the one hand it's really cute and on the other it's a little out of character, at least compared to the books. The book-Harry wouldn't do something like that. But well, if you take the movies separately, I think it's okay and quite a nice scene.
Lovely, sweet, cute scene. Being a Harmony fan I might be biased but I'm super loyal to the books so at first I was like: "WHAT is this?" and then I ended up LOVING IT...they have huge chemistry and it felt so natural and comforting..I also love Nick Cave's song "O' children" they used. It fit perfectly.
Just shows how much Hermione and Harry care about each other as friends ;-)
