I really wish everyone would stop saying that JKR is putting out another book. She is simply getting people to buy the script of a play she wrote. After people see the play, it would eventually end up on Wikipedia where anyone could read it for free. All she's doing is making money off of it. I think it was very lazy and honestly quite surprising that they didn't make the script into a book. They could have any of the publishing company's writers turn the script into a book. I truly believe that JKR cares a tremendous amount about the wizarding world and her fans, but this really doesn't show...
