can 你 explain about SIRIUS BLACK death in OOTP?

i have read the 图书 ,still dont understand how he died.i know bellatrix killed him but can anyone explain about passing through the veil archway 或者 whatever ,why didnt he drop dead like others....

oh....why was the veil there ,whats its purpose ? i mean ,if someone falls in even 由 accident cant come back ,whats the other side? thanks for answering...;]

The veil was there because it is the Department of Mysteries, u never know why are these things inside the Department, it would have been a Dark object, which was kept there so that no one is trapped inside it,. The Other Side is the other side of the veil, 由 which 你 can only hear voices, but not come back, it's a type of like the other side of the wall. I read OOTP too, and it took a lot of time to understand it

There's no evidence that it was a Dark object. Dumbledore 说 that the Department was researching the afterlife, it was probably the veil he was referring to.
