Well, it SHOULD come out this year, but they also 说 it would come out in October... Everything says it should come out this year, but there's no date.

I'm a Beta Teaster for Pottermore, and I can tell 你 that it has never been open to the public. There were one million winners of the Magic Quill Challenge, which was open for like a week, then closed. Yes, it was supposed to open in October, but there were severe issues with the functionality of the site.
