Well to the well organized mind, death is just the 下一个 great adventure. And we know how much these guys 爱情 adventure. :)

But now they are all together in death.

R.I.P Sirius Lupin James and Peter. :(

Well, Sirius(#1), Remus(#2) & James(#4) are at the 最佳, 返回页首 of my 最喜爱的 characters list. Of course I'm upset they've all passed. I'm upset one of their deaths was at the hand of one of his best mates. I'm upset another was killed 由 his own cousin. and I'm upset another was killed after he found happiness. For the fourth.... Well I'm not crying over his death.

If I had it my way, they wouldn't have all died, but at least they're together now :')

Padfoot and Prongs are probably kicking Wormtail's arse up there. Ah Remus, 你 had a child. AND WHERE WAS YOU'RE FREAKING DEATH SCENE!

The wizarding world is at war in Harry Potter. And in wars usually strong young men die. And their young and strong friends. And rats like Peter Pettigrew also tend to die in wars. Thus they were all bound to die. James had to die because that's what made Harry Potter Harry Potter. Sirius is like Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet, his character is too free and wild and rebellious to survive in a world like ours (and Harry's -guess what, that's based on ours). Peter is a coward a stupid person who tries to take advantage of those smarter and stronger than him - that's one dead end of life as the smarter are usually smart enough to notice and not to forgive this. Remus Lupin is a submissive soldier soul - if he is told to spy, he does, if he's told to leave Sirius with Transfiguration, he does, if he is told to return to Tonks, he does, if he is told to go and fight, he does. And who dies in battles? Average, mediocre people.
Look at it like this: they were happy and inseparable for a good while, they lived full to the edge. Everybody's lives come to an end at some point - sooner 或者 later, it matters not, for it's the life 你 always have to see. When 你 think of Einstein, 你 think of E=mc^2 and not the color of his coffin. Same goes for the marauders too. Cheer up!

But apart from Wormtail, they all lived brave, amazing lives which they will be remembered for, and died brave, honourable deaths.
James Potter may have been a bit arrogant and a bit cocksure when he was at school, but he cared about his friends, he truly cared about Lily, and despite being a bit of a prat to Snape he 更多 than made up for it. He was a loving father who died protecting his wife and child, being murdered 由 Lord Voldemort. If it wasn't for James, we wouldn't have Harry 或者 the prophecy 或者 the story, and Voldemort wouldn't have been defeated.
Sirius Black was a wild, reckless, free-spirited soul whose loyalty was his best quality. He too had his faults - similar to James', and he may have been a little too reckless sometims - but he was the perfect godfather and father figure to Harry, protective and caring. He spent fifteen gruelling years in Azkaban for a crime he never committed, as he would rather have died than betray his friends. He was murdered 由 his cousin Bellatrix Lestrange.
Remus Lupin is my third favourite character in the series - I think he is kind and responsible and I would have loved a teacher like him as he listened and was the perfect person to train Harry how to fight Dementors. He also lived an incredibly difficult life - being turned into a werewolf at a young age because his father had a disagreement with the bloodthirsty Fenrir Greyback, causing him pain, danger to himself and those around him, and a life of being looked down upon 由 the likes of many people. He was also afraid of inflicting this kind of lifestyle on anyone he cared about - which is probably why he was so worried 由 the prospect of starting a family with Tonks. But after his son, Teddy Lupin, was born, Remus died fighting in battle with his new wife Nymphadora 唐克斯 由 his side.
Then, of course, we have Peter Pettigrew. He is truly one of the most easily dislikable characters ever - cowardly, no sense of self-worth...the sort of small person who always makes sure he is around bigger people to ensure that he has protection (first the rest of the Marauders, then Voldemort and the Death Eaters.) His only redeemable quality is a tiny bit of remorse in their somewhere. The 鼠, 大鼠 betrayed James and Lily and was choked to death 由 his own silver hand.

I totally agree with you. It just goes to 显示 how much they cared for Harry and how much they wanted to sacrific for what was right. (well, not Wormtail too much...)

I realized that too.They way they were just ripped apart is 心 breaking. They didn't deserve it (except for Wormtail). It's all Wormtail's fault, anyway. If he didn't sell James and Lily to Voldemort, they wouldn't have died. Sirius wouldn't have been framed. Remus wouldn't have to live with the fact one of his best 老友记 killed his other two best friends. But, as much as I hate to admit it, if Wormtail didn't sell James and Lily to Voldemort, there wouldn't be a story. :/ Well, at least the real best 老友记 are together again.
