Uhm... Isn't it kinda hard to prove that someones been put under the imperious curse? I think there's a high chance of it going down as murder, to be honest... 或者 manslaughter at best. However, if there was proof that 说 person HAD been... Imperioused (?)... Then yes, I would say definite suicide.

Yes, that would count as suicide. 你 would be controlling their mind. Thus, they would do whatever 你 ask. So that would basically be killing yourself if it was controlled 由 yourself.
