of course he is!! harry was feeling something strange about her and when he was seeing her with this other guy he was jealous! and then when he realised he loved her he was afraid to 显示 his feelings because of ron!
Ok, they get married, have 3 kids named James, Albus, and Lily. They are all going to Hogwarts (Lily WILL go to Hogwarts in 2 years)
Also, earlier in the 7th book, before the epilouge tells us that stuff ^ Ginny gives him a "Birthday Kiss" right before he leaves to go on his journey. And there are some other obvious hints throughout the 6th and 7th 图书 that shows that he likes her :)
-so overall, I would DEFFINATELY say YES to Harry liking Ginny :)
