For me, it was the actual reading experience I didn't like. There's nothing wrong with the story. I'm unsure what it is exactly I don't like. I think it's her use of adverbs.
I was bored with it.

1st person is actually one of the reasons I don't like the Twilight books. I prefer 3rd person, I think it has more depth.. I find it hard to read books in 1st person, it doesn't keep me interested.

I heard that most authors can't pull off first person.

I think it's better to write in third person because then it's easier to see from everyone's point of view.

I find IT SOO MUCH EASIER to write in 1st person... , I write Fanfictions.. I like it because there is personal humor, and I beleive there is more depth, through the way they describe it in their eyes and fansination.
