the only tests we have are for special schools like drama or art, or then IB (which is where I'm headed and what I'm currently dreading). all the normal lukios sort based on your ninth-grade report card.

sure, it's awesome... except when it's legit -25 celsius and there are three-metre-high snowdrifts everywhere, and then you're really tempted to go snowshoeing without snowshoes, which is what I did yesterday, and then you end up stuck in a car for ten or eleven hours with a completely stuffed-up nose, an on-again-off-again I'm-gonna-puke feeling and 600 pages of the most boring book in the history of finnish literature, at least that's what it seems like, probably since I hate finnish literature in general.
