I am currently re-reading Twilight. My friend is making me. It was part of a deal, don't ask. Anyway, I now have just a couple chapters left of it. Here are just a few of the many problems I have with this book:

1) The main reason Edward likes Bella is because she smells good. 你 can't deny it. It is mentioned a million times in the book. Edward's always saying things like, "your smell is so appealing . . . never scented anything like it before . . . I can't stay away . . . " etc. GOODNESS GRACIOUS!

2) The main reason Bella likes Edward is because he is handsome and seemingly flawless, physically, at least. There's no denying it. Bella always mentions Edward's "flawless lips . . . perfect chest . . . " etc. GOODNESS GRACIOUS!

3) I don't know what the main conflict is. I suspect that it's the fact that James and Victoria are hunting Bella. However, this conflict isn't introduced until Chapter 17. Seriously. The first two-thirds of the book is Bella and Edward obsessing over each other. GOODNESS GRACIOUS!

Well, that's hardly everything wrong with Twilight, but it would take years to discuss all of its flaws. Thank 你 and have a good day.

P.S. Sorry if this was repetitive; the reasons I've stated above are very similar to reasons others have mentioned before.

Why Harry Potter is better.

I have read a lot of 文章 etc like this, but I thought I would write m own 查看 down.

One thing I have heard about Twilight being better is that SMeyer is a better writer. I ask you, how on earth is SMeyer a better writer.

Take this sentence from New Moon:

'Suddenly, it(the bike) looked intimidating, frightening, as I realised I would soon be astride it.'

How does that flow as a sentence? It has two separate realisations together in one sentence. I found it awkward to read.

So I surfing the web when I ran into one of the pages from this site. It was a 问题 asking which would 你 rather be, a vampire 或者 a wizard? I immediately answered wizard and I added 3 quick reasons why. Because it is driving me crazy..

1. Bella is a perfect character (“Mary Sue”), which Meyer hides 由 calling her clumsy.

2. Being clumsy is not a flaw if Edward always catches her.
