for some reason bella's mind has block 或者 close to everyone else. but i think this is, because if she was jsut normal then there would be no reason for edward to like her in the first place... its jsut a step in the ladder of helping their 爱情 for each other. and they say 你 always desire the one thing 你 cant have. and well edward and can have anything BUT THIS... soo it just makes him bella 更多 jsut as i 说 before, makes them fall in 爱情 in the first place... but, what is that "some reason" that bella's mind is blocked to anyone else?? that's what we want to know, the specific reason.. (Please explain..)
Edward Cullen can't read Bella Swan's mind because her mind is a shield in a weird type of way.
Bella has a very private mind, she rarely lets anyone know her true thoughts and feelings. Perhaps Bella's mind is so isolated from everything else, this affects some of the gifts 吸血鬼 have.
It wasn't really explicated well, I'll admit that.

Thanks for trying to explain it, this was the best attempt 由 any Twilight 粉丝 at trying to explain.
I don't understand, as Twilight fans, how 你 aren't desperate to find out the answer to this! We HP 粉丝 weren't satisfied until we knew every single detail about JK's world, even the little, non important ones. I really do't understand how SMeyer can leave something so important unanswered, and how such die hard Twilight 粉丝 can just accept this.
Because SMeyer needed Bella to be special in some way, and she was lazy enough to go with the exteremely clichéd oh-I-have-super-powers-but-they-don't-work-on-you.
