What do people mean 由 Thesaurus Rape Kit?

People use this saying, but sMeyer is involved normally too, so what does this saying mean exactly? I know, i'm so uneducated.

It means she used a lot of big words. Most of them are not used in the proper context, so many people think she used words like "angry", looked them up in a thesaurus, and changed it to "chagrin". Chagrin =/= angry.

I don't mean to be rude, but "chagrin" means embarrasment 或者 humiliation,(according to Webster's dictionary)
