The movie District 9 is a science-fiction movie directed 由 Neill Blomkamp and produced 由 Peter Jackson. Why is this relevant? Well, before the Halo film was put on indefinite hold, Peter Jackson was to be the executive producer and Neill Blomkamp was to be director.
