So you mean an episode dedicated in their teen-selves { like Phoebe's was , or Paige's } or just an episode where we've seen them as teens but they were actually being teenagers outside of their time { Like with Prue } ?

Well , we've seen Paige as teenager , and Phoebe as teenager as well ..Hm Prue was shown too , and Piper like I said only in some pictures! So we've seen them all , but if you want a straight answer to the question, it's Piper !

Yes, it's Piper, because we only saw a picture and that's not enough to be considered as a teen episode.
