No, I dont really think Grimmjows as bad as the show makes him out to be. Hes only dangerous if you're strong like Ichigo...and he always repays people who do something for him...that seems pretty cool to me. That, and hes not boring like the other Espadas...

The fact that he is weaker than Ulquiorra and Nnoitora is a problem for me. Its not his flaw, but it is a flaw that Kubo created in the anime. I think there should be an small extra arc where some of the Espada fight each to see how strong they really are against each other. And I want to see Grimmjow beat the crap outta Nnoitora, because Nnoitora was a bit of a douche.
