Blair will be such a good mother. There is not doubt about it. I'm not saying Serena would be a bad one, but out of the two of them Blair would be better.

Blair would probably be a better choice because she has had a worst mother than serena and would already know what not to do.

Blair does take good care of the ones she loves. Remember when Chuck's dad died? She took care of him like a mother would. Blair can deny it all she wants, but she definitely has a maternal instinct. On the other hand, I've always thought that Serena is a little self-centered.
