I have written this link to convince everyone to stop all of the bullying, and I have came up with an idea.

To put these trolls on record, I need you guys and your help. I want you to report these trolls. For every three people that reports that person, it'll be one strike. And so on, and so on. And if possible, I can send a letter to the Fanpop owner about this. And all those who report someone, I will give you five props.

This is really important. And please, do it when it first starts. I might need help with this sooner or later, so I'll start a CO10 group (Council of 10). Me, along with 9 other people on this site, will be the heads of this process, and one person will be appointed to handle the sending-the-letter-to-the-Fanpop-owner thing for one month. And it'll continue on from there.

So, if you wanna be in the Council of 10, send me a message. But it's first come, first serve. We're trying to help our friends. This is important.

@fetchgirl- Can you list the current members in the top message section of the thread? I think it'd be easier to have a list.
@Council of 10- For reporting, I think that we should only report if someone has attacked Glee users, either as a fandom or an individual. I don't think people should be reported for expressing opinions in a civilized manner. If someone hates a character, I think they have the right to say that if they also explain why (with accurate reasons). However, if somebody wants to hate on someone or the show just for the sake of hating on it and causing arguments (as in TROLLING), and uses vulgar language or false facts, then they deserve reporting. Also, I think all homophobic comments need reporting.

@Crime-Drama-Bee, that's the whole purpose of doing this record book in the first place: to find trolls who mess with Fanpop users. I don't know all this about the Glee characters, but that's not what this is meant for.

As of the list thing, yes. I will get on that.

@fetchgirl- Some people (who may or may not be in this group) have reported people in the past for bashing characters they like, and I don't think that's right unless that person was being offensive.

This is a good idea and though the Council is already filled I be sure to report if the person is compleatly out of line (attacking etc.) I do agree though that a person can dislike a character all they want as long as its not trolling(ex: saying Finns a di*k on every form). I'll have to clean up some of my language though. I forget that there are people here under 14.
