Because of her death prophecy and the use of the word valonqar which mean 'little brother', and that I think Jaime was born after her, so both him and Tyrion could be responsible for her future demise. I think it being Tyrion would be logical, but I think it being Jaime would be such a great twist and more interesting.

As Bibi said, it'd be an amazing twist! Jaime killed the Mad King, it makes sense he'd have to kill the Mad Queen, as well. I think she's went too far, even in his eyes.

I also really want him to kill her. One of my biggest hopes for the show.

Arya was the first one to come to mind, but this is probably makes more sense.

While I do think it could be Jaime, I just feel more strongly about how they mean everything to each other.

20% Jaime will kill her - 80% He loves her more than anything in the world and would even kill everyone to be with her, so I just don't see it, I honest think that she will be either burned or killed by someone else.

I would like sooo much to see Jaime killing her. It would be a great twist, plus he'll open his eyes on her....

Kill the Mad Queen who set fire to the city. He killed the Mad King for "Burn them all" and planning to kill everyone with fire. It makes for the perfect parallel.
