In the subtitles it says both, depending on which episode, so I'm a bit confused!

I think it's Pheebs 'cuz I remember when Phoebe was calling Rachel Pheebs but then Rachel was like that's your name and I had subtitles on and it was spelt like Pheebs. Hope I didn't confuse you!
