你 have to put in information about yourself. Then people will like 你 and then 你 will get 更多 fans. If 你 like the same 屁股 other people then they will be a 粉丝 of you.

I just ansered lots of ?'s and put silly but true 评论 and 粉丝 lots of people who i like and they sometimes 粉丝 me bak :D
