Does anyone else find her beauty queen gimmick incredibly underrated?

I know a lot of people found her obnoxious, but that was the whole point of her character. She was suppose to be an over the top caricature of a vain beauty queen contestant.

The gimmick has had some impact I would say, just look at Madison Rayne's (love her facial expressions) Queen of TNA gimmick. I mean perhaps she wasn't influence by the Queen Debra gimmick ,but I would find that hard to believe.
