•3 cups dashi 汤 stock
•1 block tofu
•3-4 Tbsps 味噌 paste
•1/4 cup chopped green onion
Preparation:
Put dashi 汤 stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Cut tofu into small cubes and add them to the soup. Simmer the tofu for a few 分钟 on low heat. Scoop out some 汤 stock from the pan and dissolve 味噌 in it. Gradually return the 味噌 mixture in the soup. Stir the 汤 gently. Stop the heat and add chopped green onion. Try not to boil the 汤 after 你 put 味噌 in.
