Do anyone have an easy Mexican recipe that I can make?

Quick Quesadillas: These cheesey quesadillas make a great snack 或者 meal.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 6 minutes
Total Time: 16 minutes
Ingredients:

* 2 large flour tortillas
* 1 cup shredded jack cheese
* 1 small 钟, 贝尔 pepper
* 1/4 small onion, peeled and sliced
* Optional- leftover beef 或者 chicken
* 1/4 teaspoon cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon chile powder

Preparation:
Seed the 钟, 贝尔 pepper and slice into 1/4 inch strips. In a small pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat, and sauté the peppers and onions for 3-4 分钟 或者 until slightly limp. While cooking them, sprinkle on the cumin and chile powder. Place a tortilla on a warm 铛, 平板炉, 扒炉 over low heat.
