It was five-thirty PM. About a two weeks after Christmas, when most everybody's trees have been taken down, and the few trees still up are withering away and are most likely considered a 火, 消防 hazard.
Monique was one of the people who still had her 树 up. She and Kowalski were sitting on the couch, looking at it, and discussing if it was against the rules to take the 树 to the dump, and if it was, where they should take it.
"You know, even if it is against the rules, they'll never know who put the 树 there," Kowalski mused.
