How/when do I enter?

Is it too late to enter? I would wanna enter in drawing, or, to be 更多 specific, 日本漫画 drawing.

Just for fun, I drew the following picture. Would 你 think I would have a chance? Any suggestions?

And, can I enter in someone else that's not me?
